In 2004, Chef Jean-Roody moved to the United States with a hunger for success and a vision to share the flavors of his homeland. With unwavering determination, he made his way to Utah, a place he now calls home, where he has worked tirelessly to establish himself as one of the state's finest chefs. His culinary creations reflect a unique blend of traditional Haitian flavors and innovative techniques, capturing the essence of his heritage while celebrating his new home.
