During the winter season, Makaya operates on a limited food truck schedule due to lower foot traffic. While we may not be out as often, we’re still serving up our signature Afro-Caribbean flavors! Looking for catering? We offer small-group catering with a $350 minimum order and require at least 48 hours’ notice to prepare. Whether it’s a family gathering, office lunch, or special event, we’ll bring the bold flavors of Makaya to you!
